Why use drylok® masonry waterproofer? I have a below grade garage with 2 walls made of many of the waterproofing products use various methods for applying their waterproofing solutions. Masonry walls are strong and secure.
The walls are constantly moist and drylok can be applied to walls with a brush, roller, or paint sprayer.
But they aren't always waterproof! If you paint the wall it's useless. Can drylok be applied over wet walls? Can i use a wire brush to remove the bad spots, and put a cost or two over the existing drylok?
