As long as the concrete paint is 100% acrylic paint, it can be used on wood decking.

Using ceiling paint on walls.
A mouse sander works really nice for sanding easily. The wood i plan on using is just narrow unfinished plywood. I now paint furniture and do all sorts of diy projects. I can recommend some exterior paints.
