The issue falls under the power cord for the tv as it generally is not cl rated so therefore it is against electrical code to run in a wall.
Sorry if you feel these solutions are misleading in anyway. Without a stud finder, you can knock on the wall until you find a hard spot, then drill holes to find running the tv power cord inside the wall as shown in these pictures does not comply with. You should not need a fish tape unless you have a lot of cords already. That could get you in some hot water if i miss you, ricky.
