Be sure to use more than just a few blocks when building the dirt lines as they will give you much more cover from the lasers.
Does anyone know how to fix that? The wall of flesh has a whopping 47k hp, and can deal loads of damage to you. The blocks are needed so the beenades actually hit the boss. If you start to loose health run away, you have the entire underworld to defeat him.
